Annoying day!

I honestly hate being a visual communication major. Not that I hate designing, but the teachers here are so...not motivational. Instead of allowing students create artwork with their own unique style, students are forced to create artwork that is beautiful only to them. It is such a pity because not only does it not allow any freedom, but they are grading it so you can't do anything else! And for some reason, they love, no LOVE, thumbnails. I can understand 10 thumbnails but 50+ thumbnails! I mean, honestly if you can't come up with a good idea within 20 thumbnails, then you're in the wrong field! (I still think 20 thumbnails are excessive!) Anywhoo, the day was horrible! I am forced to listen to a lady that resembles a turkey and dresses like poo, critique my art saying that FOSSIL is not a fashion company. Hm, last time I checked they had a store in the mall with racks full of clothes. Not only that but purses on shelves and watches on display! If FOSSIL isn't fashion related, then what is forever 21 or GAP?! She probably thinks GAP means the gap in her teeth. SHEESH.

A hot day!

Gah, finally I somewhat dressed up! I also took pictures with my little sister! Doesn't really look like me, right? But hey, apparently she's into clothes as much as I am. :)

Back?

After some criticisms about my fashion taste, I decided to come back and show these unfashionable losers what REAL fashion looks like. Honestly, it is just old people that do not understand the fundamentals of fashion. It is not necessary to color coordinate to make an outfit work, nor is vintage clothing, "grandma-like". Of course everyone has their own personal taste, but to completely dismiss a person's unique style is stupid. I know it's wrong to make fun of people, but honestly for a person that wears dirty ass baggy jeans with worn out nike shoes, or a person that only sticks to wearing a plain graphic t-shirt and jeans to critique my own style just pisses me off. I take pride in my wardrobe, especially since I constantly read up on fashion, subscribe to many magazines, and always on the look out for cute clothes. Not that I think I'm the top dresser of the world, but at least I try instead of looking like I just rolled out of bed and threw something on.  I mean I know there are lazy days, (because trust me, I have had plenty of them), but to wear the same thing over and over again just makes yourself look sloppy. Anyways, I don't have any outfits to post up, but I will soon! :) Sorry for all this nonsense, but man unfashionable people at work just piss me off!
